Description
We are in the port of Hamburg, the second-largest city in Germany.

We see the piers with moored ships, cranes, cars, travelers, the dock 10, the large port dock complex, a complex of high-rise buildings with several floors, with domes, arches, towers and windows, exuding a Neo-Gothic architecture. To the right of the building complex is a radar tower of the Port Authority. The baroque St. Michael's Tower and the Clock Tower, the beginning of the quay buildings, are visible in the background.

The filmmaker has already boarded on the ship "Prinz Hamlet” which will take him to Harwich in England and from there he records the impressive and imposing facilities of the port, a series of flags and the Old Naval School.

We watch views from inside the ship, general shots of the port, passengers waiting for the departure. The ship leaves, the passengers say “farewell” and begin to enjoy the journey that will last 20 hours. They talk, eat, fool around as seagulls follow.

Footage from the deck of the ship and the captain who talks to the passengers and the German flag on the mast. Lastly, as we approach Harwich Harbor, vehicles disembark in front of a large building named after the harbor. The ship's officers give the correct instructions to the travelers who disembark.
