Description
We are at the airport of Rhodes where the filmmaker and his girlfriend will travel to Karpathos in an 18-seat Skyvan 3-200 of the Olympic Airlines with registration number SX-BBO, under the name "Island of Skiathos". A Douglas DC-3 is parked across it.
A curtain separates the passenger cabin from the cockpit and from the window we can see the relief of the mountains of Rhodes. As we approach Karpathos, a map informs us about the destination. The airplane flies in low height and the filmmaker gives us shots from the Saria island where we can see a bay between the steep rocks .
The film closes with the propellers swirling slightly and the passengers disembarking.
