Description
The filmmaker and his company are on the beach of Agiokampos, a coastal settlement of Larissa, in Thessaly, Greece.

We see fishing boats that are equipped with lamps, pulled out on the sand as well as dozens of swimmers of all ages who enjoy swimming and playing in the sea. The swimming whets the appetite and in the next shots, the filmmaker and his company enjoy a lunch at a seaside tavern.

Around the beach we watch camps and temporary improvised tourist accommodation, a group of people leave on a car in an impressive way, with people perched on the hood and in the trunk of a Hillman vehicle.

Creator's description

Excursion to Agiokampos in Larissa. The fishing boats with the big gas lamps, for night fishing, pulled out on the beach are characteristic, and lots of people swim. It is summer of 1967. Many old ladies entered the water with a headscarf and their lingerie -like the lady in black and when the lingerie was pumped up, they looked like black jellyfish. There are also some mischiefs when the travellers ride the white Hillman on the hood and the trunk.
