Description
We are on board the ferry boat to Aegina, an island in the Saronic Gulf in central Greece.

At the beginning of the film, we see two seagulls flying and then we watch the whole swarm that follows the ship. In the next shot, we watch the passengers who have gathered in the ships’s garage as they will soon arrive at the port, while the ship passes through the lighthouse of Aegina on the west side of the island.

The filmmaker shows us from afar the port and the two boats that are moored in it. Even more people are now gathered in the garage as the time of the arrival approaches.

Afterwards, a shot just before the disembarkation on the island as the passengers wait for the hatch opening and in the background we can see the port’s settlement, the shops with the low tents and the island’s visitors who are walking by the sea.

The crew moors the boat at the pier and just after that, the people disembark on the island. A man, who wears sunglasses and a striped shirt, stands in front of the camera on the ship’s deck and looks at it.

Lastly, we are now in the picturesque port of Aegina, with the wooden fishing boats. A passerby enters the frame while a fisherman works outside his boat.
