Description
We are at Ellinikon International Airport, which was the international airport of Athens for over 60 years, until March 2001, when it was closed and replaced by the Athens International Airport, Eleftherios Venizelos.

The film opens with the airport area and a couple talking while behind them we can see the sign of the Olympic Airlines, an airport employee and a bus of that era. The filmmaker with a panoramic shot shows us the runway with the Olympic airlines aircraft there, we stand out the De Havilland Comet 4B as well as the people who wait for the arriving passengers.

A short shot from the airport’s cafeteria with a man and an elderly woman sitting and then a Boeing 707 that has landed, is coming closer in the background while in front of it on the left a Caravelle is parked. We see a Harvard trainer in the air while the old woman with her family walk away.

The film closes with a Douglas DC-3 in the air and people boarding on a Douglas DC6B.
