Description
We are located in the Ancient Temple of Aphaia in Agia Marina of Aegina. The temple is of Doric style, built in 500-490 BC.
The film starts by showing a section of the temple where we watch the monolithic columns with the deep flutes leading to the capital with the lightly protruding abacus, the entablature, the triglyphs, the metopes and the cornice.

Then, following shots with details from the nave of the ancient temple, and its two-storey colonnade, details from the walls of the nave, and an overall view of the temple where we also see the platform that leads to the pronaos.

Up next in the film, the lens gives us panoramic shots of Agia Marina from the hill where the temple is located, a close-up shot of the filmmaker's companion and finally, a sailboat.
