Description
Chania is a coastal city in northwestern Crete, one of its most important ports and the capital of the prefecture of Chania.

Footage from a moving car, a road sign indicating that the village we are entering is called Vamvakopoulo and then two more signs heading towards Kastelli and Chania.

We are located on a main street of Chania, we see modern houses, a hanging banner that reads "Greece - Sea= Greece", a sign of the bakery P. Pattakos, older traditional buildings, a cafe, and finally we reach the beautiful Venetian port of the old town.

A horse-drawn carriage, a small part of the Yali Mosque - the oldest Muslim building in Crete - in the background we can see the Venetian Fortress of Firkas, general view of the port, on the waterfront wonderful old buildings, cafes, the pier and it's lighthouse, tied fishing boats, a closer shot of the lighthouse, a woman photographing the sea.

The last shots show the filmmaker changing a tyre in his car.
